Reed and Squeak has a 14-day refund policy for Cases:

Customers can purchase a case, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 14 days. Reed and Squeak will offer either a refund or a replacement case.

If you’re not pleased with your Reed and Squeak case purchase just contact us within 14 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. If the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it we will cover the cost of the original shipping.

We also offer a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing issues. We hope your purchase will last a long time but if you do experience any issues we would like to hear about them. We will do everything we can to rectify any problems.

Instruments purchases in the UK are based on a seven day trial period. If the instrument is returned in the same condition it was sent within seven days of receiving then you will be refunded the full cost of the instrument minus any shipping costs. We ask that good care is taken whilst the instrument is in your possession and if returning an instrument full insurance is purchased via the shipping company.
