Stunning Selmer Baritone Saxophone in superb playing condition. This fabulous instrument does show signs of regular use with a number of very small surface scratches but there are no major dents or defects to the body, bell or neck, and only limited lacquer wear (see photos). We suspect that a re-lacquer has been done at some stage many years ago possibly at the Selmer factory. This in no way detracts from being an absolutely superb Selmer Mark VI Baritone. Engraved bell. Highly sought-after by collectors and players alike.
Overall a truly fabulous instrument with fantastic intonation. Ideal for any advanced or professional player. Range to low A.
All the pads seal perfectly. Sold in a NEW Reed and Squeak shaped lightweight case with backpack straps. We’re informed that this fantastic instrument has been used regularly in Big Bands and Jazz ensembles around the country.
