A fantastic example of “The Martin” tenor saxophone dated around mid 1940’s.
No dings or scratches. The lacquer and body are in perfect condition.
This tenor has many great features that give it exceptional sonic and physical characteristics. The Martin tapered toneholes are soldered on giving extra durability and response. The thumbhook is adjustable for comfort. The neck has the Martin outward tightening screw.
The newly replaced pads all seal perfectly. The set up is excellent with light key action and super fast response.
An absolute beauty. Original case. No mouthpiece.
