A pristine instrument that plays perfectly. Used professionally in many of the UK’s top orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra to name but a a few.
Silver plated keys in beautiful condition. Leather pads with reflectors. All the pads seal perfectly and have years of life left in them. This model of Selmer bass clarinet is the one made prior to the “Privilege” model. Considered by many to be one of the most well made basses ever, with ergonomic keywork, excellent tuning and that fantastic mellow Selmer sound. Low C and C# on the thumb key. RH and LH low D keys. Silver plated neck is in perfect condition. Floor spike present. The wood is in amazing condition showing no cracks or major scratches. A great option for anyone looking for a well priced Selmer bass clarinet that’s been wonderfully cared for and is ready for professional work.
