All pads have just been replaced by Eddie Ashton, the masterful and experienced instrument technician and inventor of “Superpads”- the pad choice of many leading professional players around the world. This has made a huge improvement. The clarinet now plays effortlessly.

The wood is in excellent order showing no cracks and the keywork responds faultlessly. Buffet R13 clarinets are considered a top professional model suitable for any professional or advanced student. Matching serial numbers on both joints. Fantastic intonation, lovely smooth rich sound. Ideal for orchestral, solo and chamber use.

65mm barrel and the original double case in excellent condition. No mouthpiece.
