All pads have just been replaced by Eddie Ashton, the masterful and experienced instrument technician and inventor of “Superpads”- the pad choice of many leading professional players around the world. This has made a huge improvement. The clarinets now plays effortlessly.

The wood is in excellent order showing no cracks and the keywork responds faultlessly. Buffet R13 clarinets are considered a top professional model suitable for any professional or advanced student. Matching serial numbers on both joints. Fantastic intonation, lovely smooth rich sound. Ideal for orchestral, solo and chamber use.
