332 Boosey and Hawkes 1010 Pair of Clarinets
Beautiful pair of Boosey and Hawkes 1010 clarinets. Silver plated and leather padded. These really are superb instruments. Two barrels, original 1010 mouthpiece and vintage case included. Wonderful sweet old-English sound. Fantastic wood with a rich deep grain. Silver plating is extremely good. Both instruments play really well. These are mid 1010's with the "Acton vent key" considered by many to be better instruments than the earlier 1010's. A service and re-pad has just been completed at a cost of over £300.
